The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to the interstate and surrounding food establishments, making it a prime choice for us. The full kitchen and spacious closet were great perks, but some aspects like the broken down wire fence along the interstate and the premium penthouse choice need improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and filled with so many amenities that made my stay super comfortable. The hotel grounds were so serene and quiet, perfect for a long-term stay. However, it was a bit of a downside that there were partying teenagers causing noise disturbances, even attracting the police to the premises regularly.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were like little apartments, with a kitchen and a sitting area with a fire place, much larger than anticipated. Unfortunately, we faced an issue with the AC, and it took some effort to get it resolved due to our grandmother's health. The service was very helpful and friendly, although there were some particularities with the machines. The location was super convenient, right off the junction of I-35 and I-235, perfect for our needs in the Des Moines area. The dining experience was typical motel fare, with self-made waffles and coffee. Overall, a decent stay with some minor hiccups but great value for money.
